This hat was manufactured by Art Caps of News York. It has a beautiful USPHS officer cap badge, USPHS side buttons, is about size 7 1/2 and is in very good condition. It belonged to Dr. Alan B. Klein, Chief Dental Surgeon of the USPHS. Also included are a pair of epaulets of the USPHS in the rank of lieutenant. $145
